Qualify Group will meet with the hiring Client to listen to their requirements and business needs. We will agree fees, exclusivity, timescales and deliver a full resource solution to save the client's time and money.
Qualify Group consultant will attend a resource meeting to discuss requirements, understand the business needs behind them and also why the candidate is required by the business. This will give you market knowledge and good information in attracting quality consultants.
Qualify Group consultant receives the detailed specification of the requirement.
Qualify Group consultant will agree schedule of interview dates and times.
Qualify Group will source candidates ( Contract or Permanent ) undertake telephone interviews and then interview face to face the shortlisted candidates before submitting to the client. This process developed either on client site or at Qualify Group offices.
We will pre close on salary or contractor rates up front and then submit this information along with the candidates details.
Qualify Group consultant sources and shortlists candidates and sends the agreed amount of candidates requested by the client working to a model of 3 CVs ( resumes) to one placement. The consultant will also send individual references with the CVs when submitting them to the client. We will also close the candidates on their salary expectations or contractor rate and submit the details to you.
For Permanent requirements: If references have not been taken the client will be aware of this on receipt of the CV .
Example: if the candidate is currently in a full time role when the CV is submitted it is not always possible to gain references at that point.
Qualify Group consultant where possible and requested by the client, can technically check all candidates or contractors ( there may be a cost for this service depending of the nature of technical test).
At the clients request a Qualify Group consultant will attend the interview of the candidates or contractors.
Feedback on the candidates or contractors submitted to the client within 48 hours of submission, if this is not possible the client should indicate the reason for the delay
Qualify Group Consultant will set up interviews at the agreed times from the outset
Feedback on interviews should be notified to the Qualify Group consultant within 24 hours.
Offer: Closing of the Candidate or contractor. Qualify Group will conduct and ensure that the contractor or the candidate sign the relevant contracts when agreeing to join the client for an assignment contract or join on a permanent basis.
Qualify Group will attend the candidates or contractors first day/ morning and agree on performance review date for the contractor or permanent placement at this point with the client.
After care: Regular visits to make sure the candidate is performing his duties satisfactorily.
